If you have questions regarding plan reimbursements and contracted network fee amounts, please refer to your provider agreement or contact PECA, Inc. Additional discounts on optical materials should be applied based on their contracted plan designation.
Please call PECA, Inc. at 814-734-3062 to verify the amount and type of benefit for your patient. Information on eligibility will be given based on the information in on our system at the time of the call. Verification is not a guarantee of payment.
Employers are responsible to notify us with changes in status of their employees’ benefits. Our system is updated accordingly. If for some reason payment is not made by the employer, the patient would ultimately be responsible for payment directly to you. PECA, Inc. will not pay claims which are not paid by the employer.
